There are many factors that lead to successful implementations. The one thing that starts a
system in the right direction is to listen to the customer. MBSI's customer success approach
allows us to interpret better and more correctly your vision. We "determine
what you would like to build and then determine how you should build it....". The
translation is, do not let a single software development tool determine what you would like an application
to do. Many technology providers are caught up in utilizing a single tool and solution for every
problem, which is why many systems fail. A construction worker does not build a house with only
