MBSI was founded in 1996 by our principle and lead consultant, Walter Liska. He has over 23 years
of experience in Information Technology for a major consumer products and pharmaceutical companies.
His accomplishments include many successful applications and technical infrastructure support. He is
a customer focused developer who believes that providing high quality products is only the tip of
the iceberg and to "add value" to the product is to take complete ownership
